In October 2006, my son, Maxwell, started as a student at HLC. We are thrilled with our decision! He is so happy at this school, and he trusts and adores his teacher. We have a 45-50 minute drive, one way, each morning; it's worth it. I wouldn't consider sending him anywhere else. Max is learning to his potential.

I was referred by the Nisonger Center at Ohio State to Dr. Haugland to advise me on adjusting my son Jeffrey's IEP. It was then that I found out about Haugland Learning Center. Jeffrey attended Haugland summer classes for three weeks, and his growth was astounding. We enrolled him in school with them for the following school year.

Haugland Learning Center has been a blessing to my family. They took my son, J.D., immediately, even before the Autism Scholarship was approved for him. Haugland Learning Center has taken the lead in working with children with autism. As parent of a ten-year-old son with Aspergers, a high functioning type of autism, we would highly recommend their unique educational techniques to others.
