Haugland Learning Center

Dr. Morten Haugland is HLC's founder.

He received his Ph.D. in Special Education and ABA from the Ohio State University. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been serving children with autism since 1994.

Dr. Haugland also conducts I.E.P. assistance, school observations, and behavioral planning, as well as services to children and their families through Haugland Consulting.
